Could the banking system, have been used to cause this crisis, were find ourselves after the Bush Administration.

Perhaps one or more International Multinational Corporations, hid their debts and protected themselves simoultaneously, precipitating, the present so called Financial Crisis.

The Federal Reseve System deseminated a pdf file, showing Financial Funds Relationship, between Foreign Bankis and Domestic Banks shows that Interbank indebtedness was Dramatically Decreased relative to Foreign Banks, during the latter part of Bush Administration.

• Further,  the Domestic Interbank Indebtedness was also decreased.


• So some realignment of Indebtedness possibly shifted relative to foreign Banks to protect International Relations or to pad Foreign Corporations Finances.


• Further, Corporate Equities, Dramatically Increased, while Pension Fund Reserves Held by Corporate Retirement Accts, I assume, were dramatically Reduced.


• Further Foreign Deposits were dramtically Reduced.


• Time and Savings deposits stayed stable while Dramatically Increasing in the last two Years, the Latter parts.


• At the same time, Money Market Shares Dramatically Increased.


• This was done by Non Financial Business Organizations. Was this accomplished by Large Corporations or by Small Business Groups or by Large Multinational Corporations I suspect that with the Movement of Funds back to the Foreign Sector to protect Foreign Bank Relations ahd Perpaps Foreign Corporate Interests and the Movements of Retirement Reserves of Workers in the U.S. that Large Multinational Corporations could have accomplished this. Example, General Electric is a Corporation of More the 100 Billion Dollars Worth, and it alone could have engineered a very Large Movement of Capital such as this.


• Simply by moving Financial Assets to Foreign Branches and if more tjhen one Multinational Corporation Got together to do this, then it could be very easy to upset the Apple Cart on an International Scale as apparently happened here.
