The Fourth Beast seems to be a Roman Descendant, which became Christendom Evolved into Non Christian Kingdoms or Countries, and which was Dominant for a long time also, and is indicated by Ten Horns, now Ten is a Number which means sometimes testing, testing of the people subject to it. The kingdom Group which tests Kingdoms is Possibly that of Christendom Testing the Kingdoms which are Not Christian Kingdoms.

The appearance of the Horns, Ten of Each could appear over a time period and then have the little horn rise up among the ten and the three fall as uprooted in their Stength, and in the European Parliament, signified is the Uprooted Power of The Three, as they must submit in the Final Judgement to the Rule of the Ten.

I have thought about this for a long, time, now, The US came from Citizens from mainly Spain, England, France, etc. These three countries are the main Dominating countries dominating the history of the US and the World at the Beginning of the US.

So I believe the LIttle Horn is the little Man who perhaps in the US, will boast of Mighty things as Ruler, and has time to rule the US as ruler for a time, times and a half of a time, which seems to be equated to about 3 1/2 years.

This little man must yet speak against the Most High, whether out Loud where he can be heard or silently I don't know, but he must speak against the Most High.

I personally think that when Money, in Taxes or by Printing more money to divide up the Labor of the Majority in order to give it to those who are the alleged Poor and if it is Done by Force, as Far as I can See, If the Believers in this Land are Forced to Comply with laws that allow Women to Have abortions to avoid Birthing Children and Pay Taxes used to Fund Abortions then this is part of and parcel of speaking with a Boastful Heart when it is done against the Rights of the Voters in this Land if this man or any man or group of men in charge is symbolically this little man horn speaking like a man, then this is Speaking against the Most High, as This is Never to be done, to take Forcefully the Authority of the Believers and if the Believers in this Land are Oppressed, by Force and Made to Submit to The Belief that Evolution is Correct also, or any other Ungodly Act, then That is Speaking against the Most High, and if IT is Forced upon us that We cannot Pray in Public or in Schools or In Government Meetings that is Speaking againstt the Most High and if someone or a Group of People or a Class of People who Oppose The Most High say you Cannot do these things, then They have taken the part of the Little Horn and the Little Man who oppresses the People of the Most HIgh.
