Methods of Putting a New Elite in Charge of Society and Generating a New Attitude towards Generating Wealth approved of by the New Elite and Convincing Society the New Elite to adopt the New Elite's Desired Objectives for Society.
In Order to Accomplish all of these Objectives, one must Study First the Field of Sociology. Why, the Following gives reasons to consider this Study important.

4. A System of Legislation Executed by Men Selected by Society, and Regulated by the Same Aforementioned System of Laws Approved by Society and only changed by Society.
To change the Society's Attitudes, one must Work around the things which are attractive to Society, and that must be done by Change approved of by Society,
One must Change Society's attitudes towards Laws, their attitudes towards Religion, towards Taxes, towards Morality, and other Things Holding together Society.
The Study of Sociology is a Study of the Underpinnings and the fabric allowing Society to Exist as a Body, in Stability.
If Society is Stable, Change is Not Desired.
However, if One Can Destabilize Society, one can more Easily Cause Changes in Society.
So, to Destabilize Society, One must understand The Things Holding Society together, Morality, or attitudes toward Laws which Regulate Behavior against other Citizens, Taxes, which Pay for Government, Making Laws, which are Deceptive and are actually against the Interests of Society, and Make Society agreeable to Causing Money to be spent in the Directions Desired by The Proposed New Elite.
How does one accomplish this Series of Purposes.
A noted Communist once said, that Religion is the Opiate of the Masses, meaning that it Placates or Comforts Society.
So, if this so, one must Destroy the Things that Make Religion, Comforting to Society.
One must make it unattractive to Be Religious.
One must Make Religion Laughable, a Joke and a Silly Thing, Unimportant.
So, the Primary purpose of Destabilizing Society, Religion has been Largely Eliminated, and Society is Shown to have been Pliable in this area.
That is Morality, which is Largely Eliminated as a Stabilizing Factor and Many Families are now Destroyed, their Local Society is Destroyed as they are now Leaving Areas Once Considered, Idyllic to live in with Children.
Respect for Law and Order is Now actively Being Destroyed, Example, in Schools Children are Carrying Guns, and Shooting Other Children, and are Not Made Responsible for their actions, They are Selling Drugs, Throwing Chairs at Teachers in Schools, Murdering on School Grounds, etc.
So Now the Media is Destroying with News Reports, Laws and attitudes by Spreading rumors by Innuendo that Laws are Not Equal for all races.
They are actively Spreading Discontent and I believe Untruth about Laws and the attitudes of Diverse Groups towards Laws here and our Legal System are Disintegrating Rapidly.
Now that the Laws are not being obeyed, even by Children, and Widespread Disobedience of the Laws are being Taught by Inference that all is not Equal, that part of the Objectives necessary to Destroy Society's Underpinnings has been accomplished and is Being Continued.
Next importantly, is the Destruction of a Legislative Function.
The Legislation has been Limited largely by the Use of Changing Laws by a Legal Challenge of Laws, Basic to the Purpose of our U.S. Constitution.
How, by Destabilizing Attitudes towards the Founding Fathers of our Coiuntry and our Freedom Givers thereby.
The Founders of our Country and their Own Morality has been attacked by Alleged Historians, the Media in every Corner of the Media Universe in the U.S.
The Legislative Functions have been Changed by Changing Supreme Court Justices for those who have No Allegiance to Freedom and to Right and Just Upholding of Laws in this Country and those Sought out and Taught in Universities and those Wishing to Change Our Elite and Install their Own Elite with their Own Purposes in Mind for this Country.
They even have sought to Control the Economy of Our Country by Seeking to Install Laws against the WIll of the People via the Supreme Court Decisions regulating The Content of CO2 in the Atmosphere, as if a Man could Possibly Control the CO2 Content of Air, Rediculous with the Purpose of Generating Monetaryt Benefits for the State of Massachussetts.
They have Successfully Used the Judicial Decisions to Rule as the Legislative Functions would not easily allow them to Control the Laws of this Land.
They have used the Federal Reserve System to Force US Citizens to pay Taxes via a Reduced Value of the Dollar and Via Minimum Pay Hikes allowing them to Tax us without Representation, via a Loosely Regulated Federal Reserve System, Taxing us and Shifting Dollars to The Financial Systems they control in the North East United States. Connecticut and Rhode Island.
All of these Purposes have put the Ones Desireing a New Elite largely in charge of our U.S. Economy and our Population. Their Control is not Complete, but it is In large Part already accomplished, how far will they Proceed, as Far as You, the U.S. Citizens allow them.

Consequences of changes in Earths Position in space in its orbital path, due to Earth's rotational axis and its Precessional cycles.
One period of Orbital Precession of Earth's Orbital axis is 26,000 Years.
This One is caused by the Moon and the Sun's Gravitational Pull on Earth.
Another is a 71,000 year cycle caused by the Other Planets in the Solar System.
Due to the Planets, Earth's Orbital Axis Precesses about the Sun about every 71,000 years. Together these cause an oscillation in the Ellipticity of Earth's Orbit.
The 26,000 year Spin-axis Precession of Earth interacts with its 71,000 year Orbital precession, causing an additional 41,000 year Oscillation in the Tilt of Earth's Axis of about 1.3 degrees from its average value of 23.3 degrees.
The cycle length is not constant and depends on positions of the planets through time.
The Tilt maximum 24.2 degrees occurred approximately 95,000 years ago.
The Tilt decreased since then.
The rate rate of change of TIlt is now near Maximum.
The most obvious consequence of this Rate of Change of Tilt results in movement of Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn MOVING TOWARD THE EQUATOR.
The Movement of the Tropics toward the Equator is Greater then 14 meters per year.
